SLIDING ON THE DUFFERIN TERRACE

SNOWSHOEING

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
The Québec City region boasts outstanding snow cover, magnificent scenery, and first-rate trails, plus the province’s highest concentration of cross-country ski areas for both classic and skate skiing. Get ready for the cross-country skiing adventure of a lifetime!

QUÉBEC WINTER CARNIVAL
Come experience one of the world's largest winter carnivals in beautiful Québec City. Every year, thousands of visitors flock to the Québec Winter Carnival to enjoy a host of activities for all ages, including night parades, snow sculptures, shows, and skating. Several museums can be visited in Québec City. Among them, here are a few that we strongly recommand :

PLAINS OF ABRAHAM MUSEUM : The Plains of Abraham Museum is the park's information and reception centre of the Battlefields park. It offers permanent and temporary exhibitions, guided tours, and a wealth of information about the Canada's first national historic park which welcomes some 4 million visitors each year. MUSÉE DE L'AMÉRIQUE FRANCOPHONE : Just a few steps from the Holy Door, discover Musée de l'Amérique francophone. Admire a chapel filled with history, precious relics, and other treasures of Québec's religious heritage from the Séminaire de Québec collection. Set in the heart of Old Québec, Musée de l'Amérique francophone is an essential cultural activity for history lovers. The Museum offers exhibitions on the colonial history of America, the evolution of Francophone culture in North America and abroad, and the effervescence of arts and crafts in Québec. Musée de l’Amérique francophone is part of the Musée de la civilisation complex in Québec City.
